Course Description
The Business Management Fundamentals course equips learners with essential skills to effectively
manage and lead in a business environment at NQF Level 5. This comprehensive program covers
end-user computing, human resource management, project management, and business ethics,
alongside entrepreneurship and financial management principles. Students will develop
communication strategies, explore media and public relations, and gain foundational knowledge in
sales and marketing. Through practical exercises, learners will acquire hands-on experience in
managing business operations, leading teams, and driving organizational success. Aligned with
NQF Levels 3 and 5, this course is designed for individuals aspiring to excel in business
